Application Approved? Download and Print the Rental Agreement.
Sam will let you know once your application has been approved. The next step is to complete the Rental Agreement and pay the move-in fee and first month’s rent. Payment methods include cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle. This step can be handled in person!
